Come and join Daizybell Homes CIO - we have two vacancies for the role of Children’s Domestic Abuse Support Worker

Daizybell Homes is seeking an experienced and compassionate Children’s Domestic Abuse Support Worker to join our team and provide therapeutic support to children and young people. As a Children’s Domestic Abuse Support Worker, you will work with children facing emotional, behaviour, or social challenges, using play-based therapeutic techniques to help them to express themselves, develop coping strategies, and work through difficulties, in a safe and supportive environment.

 

We particularly encourage applications from women who will contribute to the diversity of our organisation, including women with lived experience, Black, Asian & Minoritised women and disabled women.

 

Starting salary:  £32,654 pro rate (NJC Scale 22).
Hours: 35 hours per week.
Location: Based at BRC&SASS offices in Bradford, home visits and other locations as required.

Benefits: 5% employer pension contribution, 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays, paid sick leave. Health Assured Wellbeing Support Programme. External clinical supervision.

Contract: Fixed term until 31/3/26, role to be continued subject to funding.
