At Daizybell Homes we take your privacy very seriously. We understand that some of the information we may hold about you is of a very sensitive nature and we do everything we can to ensure that your information is secure.

Information we collect

 

We will collect, process and store personal data only if it is directly provided to us by you. Below are examples of the type of data that this may include:

 

Identity Data including forenames, last name, maiden name, date of birth, gender, marital status, and username or similar identifier.

 

Contact Data may include home or work address, email address and telephone numbers, personal or job title and position.

 

Special Category Data for example health or medical data, including information about sexual abuse and the perpetrator(s), family details, lifestyle and social circumstances, details about your race, religion and gender.

 

Other data to help us administer your relationship with us, for example Financial Data if you are a member and pay member dues.

Direct interactions with us in person, by post, phone, email or otherwise. You may give us your Identity, Contact, Special Category and Financial Information.

 

Interactions with our website, by using the web enquiry form. You may give us Identity and Contact Information.

 

Third parties, such as referrals from external agencies (third parties may be used in processing Identity, Contact and Special Category Information).

 

Why do we collect your personal data?

 

The purpose that we hold information relating to you is primarily as follows:

 

To enable us to provide our services to you, to communicate with you and to meet our contractual commitments to you.

 

To notify you about any changes to our business that may affect our service or relationship with you.

Regulatory and Funding bodies. We may disclose summary information about our services and clients, for example to funding bodies, but this will always be anonymised.
